Cancellations and Refunds
The Event Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail at registrace@gsymposion.cz in the event of the cancellation of the registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Event.
In case of any change in registration, Event Secretariat reserves the right to charge a 5% administrative fee.
In case of cancellation of the Event due to force majeure, the Event Secretariat will fully refund the registration fee minus a 5% administrative fee.
The following cancellation conditions apply:

more than 100 days before the Event: | 95% of the registration fee |
100-30 days before the Event: | 50% of the registration fee |
less than 30 days before the Event: | no refund |
