Information for presenters
ORAL Presentations
Time limit for each presentation is marked in the programme.
All presenters are kindly asked to abide by the given time limit.
Presentation files (ppt/pptx, 16:9 ratio) are to be handed over to the AV staff in the "SPEKERS' room" at least 1 hour prior to the session start using a USB flash drive.
POSTER Presentations
POSTERS will be presented as e-posters using e-kiosks.
How to set up e-poster
- E-posters will be presented in PDF file format.
- The dimensions for displaying e-posters on the screen is 52 x 63.5 cm (w x h).
- The e-poster does not have to exactly match these dimensions – the width always adapts to the size of the area (however, we recommend setting the document width to 52 cm during editting), the length is arbitrary (the poster can be scrolled).
- The recommended minimum font size for a document width of 52 cm is 18-20 points.
- E-poster displays are equipped with a "ZOOM" function, so any detail (picture, graph) on the e-poster can be enlarged when viewing.
